You’d love to own a chindogu but you don’t have any problem that needs a solution? Curiosite makes it easy for you: we offer you the pseudochindogus.
Special Slippers; warm feet and shiny floors
Not everything has to be chindogu. The market is full of unusual gadgets that meet nearly everyone of the chindogu tenets but not quite; they usually don’t abide by the fifth rule “Chindogu are not for sale”. We’re talking about the pseudochindogus, not exactly chindogus but equally irresistible. Here at Curiosite we introduce you to some of these:
Yuki Megane. This isn’t exactly chindogu, but chindogu attitude. Maybe the ICS should start thinking about including something else besides the almost-useless objects. They could also talk about the almost-useless attitudes and behaviours, like peeking through the lovely Yuki-Megane magnifying glass for an intimate look at snowflakes. And why not use it to take a peek to many other things like raindrops, the work desk, paper patterns, the fabrics we wear, our own skin.... You can also take it anywhere you want with the practical neck chain.
And how about looking at your memories on a 3D Frame? Wouldn’t this be chindogu behaviour? This way your memories will always be at your disposal, and at the same time protected from any damage.
And how about keeping your door always open with door-stoppers? How useless would this be? If we have doors they are there so we can keep them closed, aren’t they?, at least that’s what our grandmothers taught us: “If doors, why open? if open, why doors?” Aren’t these irresistible? Which one is your favourite? The banana skin or the tube doorstopper? Watch out! Don’t step on them! They’re slippery!
